By the TalentAcademy, we are creating a new generation of societally engaged employees and leaders across sectors who work to solve societal problems with a cross-sector and innovative mindset.
WHAT?
The purpose of the TalentAcademy for Social Innovation is to design and test a leadership programme that develops the skills of young talents who want to improve society through social innovation and cross-sector collaboration.
We will start a new team in September 2025.
WHY?
HOW?
The uniqueness of the program is that the young talents create a cross-sector network coupled with deep knowledge and experience in social and systemic innovation.
The competence course is based on theory, cases, exercies and ensures a balance between the individual learning journey and the community-oriented.
