CHANGE INITIATIVE
By the TalentAcademy, we are creating a new generation of societally engaged employees and leaders across sectors who work to solve societal problems with a cross-sector and innovative mindset.
BACKGROUND
The purpose of the TalentAcademy for Social Innovation is to design and test a leadership programme that develops the skills of young talents who want to improve society through social innovation and cross-sector collaboration.
In close collaboration with the Academy's members, a 1-year competence programme is designed and tested for talents from the Academy's member organizations.
The initiative startet February 1st, 2023 and will be completed by the end of 2024
Education in social innovation for young talents
Talents from the Academy's member organisations, Mentors from the organisations, The Academy's Secretariat, The Academy members as presenters and co-developers. The TalentAcademy is funded by Tuborgfondet.
OPPORTUNITY
Based on the (pilot) project, the aim is to further develop the TalentAcademy so it is attractive to talents outside Academy's members. And thereby make TalentAcademy a core player in the Danish ecosystem for social innovation
APPROACH
What's unique about the programme is that the young talents get to create a cross-sector network coupled with virtuous knowledge and experience in social and systemic innovation.
The competence course is based on theory, cases, exercies and ensures a balance between the individual learning journey and the community-oriented.
