CHANGE INITIATIVE
By the TalentAcademy, we are creating a new generation of societally engaged employees and leaders across sectors who work to solve societal problems with a cross-sector and innovative mindset.
BACKGROUND
The purpose of the TalentAcademy for Social Innovation is to design and test a leadership programme that develops the skills of young talents who want to improve society through social innovation and cross-sector collaboration.
We will start a new team in September 2025.
Education in social innovation for young talents
the TalentAcademy is aimed at people at the beginning of their working life, whether you are in the public sector, private sector or civil society. The only requirement is that you must be interested in creating social change through social innovation. Mentors from the Academy's member organizations The Academy Secretariat the Akademists as presenters and co-developers. the TalentAcademy is funded by the Tuborg Foundation
OPPORTUNITY
APPROACH
The uniqueness of the program is that the young talents create a cross-sector network coupled with deep knowledge and experience in social and systemic innovation.
The competence course is based on theory, cases, exercies and ensures a balance between the individual learning journey and the community-oriented.
